One of our greatest strengths is fiberboard containers in most all box styles made to your size and specification within a tolerance of 1/8 inch in all common fluting. From conception to design to samples. We excel at die-cut styles, closures, assembled partitions and sheets all in a wide variety of board grades and some specialty coatings including Direct Food Contact qualifications. We’ll work up cost-free project samples for your approval. We have range capability from plain kraft to white with multi-color print. Want a new graphic design with a QR code? Technical print screening to 100% coverage in the entire spectrum of PMS and GCMI colors utilizing biodegradable flexographic inks. Or step-up to label applications. We do it all and provide samples and options for your review. Additionally we offer hundreds of standard industry-size boxes available at the lowest possible prices.
Unique Strengths & Engineering
Another excellent strength is custom polyethylene containment. We partner to produce bags, tubing and sheeting in a multitude of materials, colors, sizes and constructions available with or without print. All engineered to optimize clarity and strength with twice the tensile strength of traditional low-density polyethylene. Layflat, Gusseted or Pre-Opened bags on a roll. Reclosables, Tubing and Sleeves. Add static control or Class 100 Clean Room options.
- Need additives? 13 to choose from. Want to stand out? 16 colors available. Add venting and handholes. Choose cradle or tray packed delivered on a quality pallet. Or order boxed rolls. Make Garnell your choice.
- We offer custom fabricated foam solutions for most any request. CNC cut with precision machining. Or commercial bundled sheet foam slit and perforated to most any requirement to include pink anti-stat choices. Cohesive and adhesive selections are available as well. Need bubble wrap? Clear or anti-stat, we slit and perforate to your needs within a tolerance of 1/8”. Commercial to military grades, we offer it all.
- Need paper? Garnell provides recycled to virgin, indented, bogus, butcher, newsprint or interleaving craft. Choose chipboard, plain or pasted in all typical weights cut to your size. Add single-faced corrugated rolls to the list.
- We offer structurally designed custom wood crates and pallets for most any need.
- Garnell is an ArPac partner bringing you next-level, end-of-line stretch wrap equipment, integration and innovation. High or Low profile turntables. Add a built-in scale with a printer option. With or without pre-stretch. Have irregular loads? We offer multiple split-frame configurations to get it done.
